Legal Learning Expert to Present Free Webinar on Words Not to Use in Self-Storage Advertising

Self-storage legal expert Jeffrey Greenberger, who will be presenting at the upcoming Inside Self-Storage World Expo in New Orleans, will co-present a free webinar next month on Seven Words You Should Never Say: Legal Reasons for Taming Your Advertising Claims. On Sept. 15, Greenberger and Joseph Dahlquist, production manager for Chamberlain Access Solutions, will talk about words that should never appear in your advertising and why, how to keep claims about your business reasonable in all communication with customers, and legal reasons to protect your business from potentially misleading marketing messages.

Based in Cincinnati, Greenberger is an attorney representing self-storage business owners and operators. As legal advisor to several state selfstorage associations, he is a widely known industry consultant, a regular contributor to Inside Self-Storage (ISS) magazine, and the star of the ISS Legal Learning Webinar Series. On Sept. 30, he will teach his Legal Learning Live workshop at the ISS Expo. He will also teach a seminar titled, The Top Legal Threats Your Self-Storage Business Will Face in 2011, as part of the standard Education Package.
