Suffolk County Police in N.Y., arrested a man July 4 for possession of fireworks with the intent to sell.

Elham Hamin, 20, was arrested around 11 a.m. in the parking lot of 5th Avenue Self Storage in Bay Shore, N.Y. Hamin allegedly had $400 worth of fireworks in his vehicle.

The fireworks, which included multi-launch rockets and shells, were removed from the vehicle by a special emergency team. Hamin was charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks.
