Highlands Storage in Lakeland, Fla., Sells for $1.25M

Highlands Storage, a 59,102-square-foot self-storage facility in Lakeland, Fla., sold for $1.25 million to a Florida-based private investor. Built in 2007, the facility is situated on approximately 4 acres. The property includes one multi-story, climate-controlled building with a manager’s office. Michael A. Mele, vice president of investments and senior director of the National Self Storage Group for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, had the exclusive listing to market the property.
