Accountable Gets Management Contract for Assured Self Storage in Altamonte Springs

Brenda Scarborough of Accountable Management & Consulting has been awarded the property-management contract for a 777-unit Assured Self Storage facility in Altamonte Springs, Fla. The company will implement all sources of social media and marketing avenues to increase overall occupancy, according to Scarborough, the company’s founder.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Lutz, Fla., Accountable Management manages more than 30 self-storage properties comprising 2.3 million square feet of rentable space throughout Florida. Travis Lawhorne serves as president with 115 employees statewide. Related Articles:
