StorageVault Canada Inc. signed an Option to Purchase Agreement to buy a self-storage facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, from an arm's length vendor. The right to exercise the option to purchase begins Jan. 1, 2009, and continues until Jan.15, 2009. The aggregate purchase price is $7.15 million.
