Storage King First Business in Worcester, England, Industrial Park
A new self-storage facility will be the first business to be built in the Great Western Business Park in Worcestershire, England, the Worcester News reported. Close Trading Cos. acquired two industrial properties on long leasehold for £1.4 million ($2.73 million) in the park. The facility will be managed by Australia-based Storage King.
