Storage Investment Advisors Team Joins With Holliday Fenoglio Fowler

The eight team members of Storage Investment Advisors LLP (SIA), a national real estate investment services firm, have joined the Houston and Los Angeles sales groups of mortgage-banking firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF).
 
Aaron Swerdlin, SIAs senior managing director, will now serve as a senior managing director in HFFs Houston office, specializing in self-storage property transactions nationwide. He has more than 15 years of experience in self-storage property transactions and capital markets. Prior to SIA, he led the Houston-based Self Storage Advisory Group at CB Richard Ellis.
 
Doug McCarron joins HFF as a managing director in the firms Los Angeles office. Based in Beverly Hills, Calif., he directed SIAs West Coast brokerage operation, managing private-client assignments and assisting in portfolio/institutional assignments.
 
Minh Tran joins HFF as a managing director in the firms Houston office. He led SIAs private capital practice and worked with clients on property acquisitions and dispositions in addition to directing the firm's East Coast brokerage operation.
 
Steve Mellon managed SIAs financial underwriting and valuation processes. He also joins HFF as a managing director in the Houston office.
 
Jessica Mandel joins HFF as a director, working primarily with Swerdlin on the execution of national assignments.
 
Vanessa Ford, Gina Munoz and Jennifer Munoz join HFF as production coordinators, providing analytical, underwriting, marketing and database-management expertise.
