Inside Self-Storage Expo Promotes Successful Facility Staffing

Self-storage operators interested in learning more about successful hiring practices for their facilities are invited to attend “Hiring and Retaining Stellar Employees.” The seminar, presented by Carol Mixon Krendl of Skilcheck Inc., will cover the process of hiring self-storage managers, from investigating and selecting candidates to communication to training and retaining. The event will take place on Feb. 6, 10:30 a.m., as part of the educational agenda for the Inside Self-Storage Las Vegas Expo, the industry’s largest conference and tradeshow.
