Pasadena, Calif.-based Charles R. Wilson & Associates Inc., a commercial valuation and consulting firm specializing in self-storage, has joined Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest national valuation and consulting firm, to form Integra Realty Resources-Metro. The group will provide clients with a national network of independently owned and operated offices to service their self-storage valuation needs, offering expertise in multiple markets.
Charles R. Wilson & Associates was founded in 1976 by Charles Ray Wilson, a full-time commercial real estate appraiser since 1968, who will remain with the company. The office also includes Matt Swanson, who has been appraising commercial real estate for 20 years, and nine other professional appraisers with 100 years of collective experience in the local market.
Wilson also owns Self-Storage Data Services Inc., which maintains the nation‘s largest database of operating statistics for self-storage facilities.
Integra Realty Resources, a national franchise organization comprised of independently owned and operated valuation and consulting offices, began operation in August 1999. The firm offers national valuation and consulting services in 55 cities, providing local expertise on a national scale.
