Fall 2007 Self-Storage Forum Available on Free CD

An audio recording of the fall 2007 Self-Storage Forum, a semi-annual program in which industry leaders share insights about the self-storage market, is now available on CD at no charge. Conducted earlier this month in Las Vegas, the event was the fourth to take place since the program’s launch in spring 2006. More than 100 owners and investors engaged in the interactive discussion, covering topics such as current market conditions, institutional buying trends, and financing alternatives during a time of interest rate volatility.
 
The Forum was sponsored by Beacon Realty Capital and Storage Investment Advisors (SIA), and hosted by John Sheehan, an analyst with A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. Speakers included Aaron Swerdlin of SIA, Neal Gussis of Beacon, Chris Joseph of Lehman Brothers, David Levenfeld of Storage Opportunity Partners LLC, Bruce Manley of United Stor-All Centers, and Robert Vrchota of Fitch Ratings.
