Emmett Buster Owens III has been named the new president of The Rabco Corp., a full-service provider of self-storage building systems based in Winter Garden, Fla. Owens has worked in the industry since 1985 and with Rabco for the past 18 years. He has also served on the board of directors for the Florida Self Storage Association and is an esteemed member of the Inside Self-Storage Editorial Advisory Board. He has authored numerous construction-related articles and presented educational seminars for national self-storage tradeshows.
