The Legal Learning Webinar Series, hosted by Inside Self-Storage and industry expert Jeffrey Greenberger, has been renewed with a fresh slate of topics for 2007. These free, live web events focus on a wide range of self-storage legal issues. They take place on the first Tuesday of every month from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. ET.

Next year's topics include:

January 9—Words to Abolish From Your Self-Storage Vocabulary
February 13—Limitation on Value Clauses for the Self-Storage Lease
March 13—Before the Self-Storage Lien Sale: The Big “Gut Check”
April 10—Self-Storage Late Fees and Other Fees: Still Dangerous Waters
May 8—The Self-Storage Bailment: What’s Wrong With Keeping Keys?

On Nov. 14th, Greenberger will present a webinar titled "Facility Rules and Regulations." He will address what these guidelines should include, how to change them effectively, whether they belong in a lease or separate document, and more. Time will be allotted at the end of the session for questions and answers. For details and to register, visit www.insideselfstorage.com/webinars.

Greenberger practices with the law firm of Katz, Greenberger & Norton LLP in Cincinnati, which represents owners and operators of commercial real estate, including self-storage. He counsels several state storage associations, including those for Kentucky and Ohio. He is also the owner of an online resource for facility owners, www.selfstoragelegal.com.
