A new Seattle-based self-storage framing company, NW Systems Inc., has been formed from a consolidation of Kiwi Storage Systems, Northwest Steel Systems and Skyline Consulting. The new venture will serve customers on the West Coast.

Kiwi Storage Systems, based in Vancouver, Wash., has been erecting self-storage facilities for more than 14 years. It is currently operated by Paul Holmes, who is licensed in the states where the new venture intends to do business.

Skyline Consulting of Colorado is run by Tom Carroll, who will be responsible for estimating and procurement of materials. He will also oversee sales and day-to-day operation of all projects in areas other than the Northwest.

The NW Systems contact for all projects within the Northwest is David Lee, who has more than 15 years of experience in all facets of self-storage building. He can be reached at 425.957.1411.
