ISS Reno Expo Provides Critical Construction Insights

Developing and building a self-storage facility involves many critical steps that must be handled expertly to ensure a successful final product. If youre thinking about or building a new project, you dont want to miss The Do's and Don'ts of Self-Storage Development, at the Inside Self-Storage Expo in Reno, Nev., July 19-22.

The seminar, presented by Mike Larson of Trachte Building Systems, will take place on Wednesday, July 19, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Larson will highlight pitfalls to avoid when developing your facility and share valuable information about how to steer clear of costly construction mistakes, maximize your site layout, continue renting units during expansion phases and more.

Larson is a regional manager with Trachte, which has more than 100 years of experience in designing and manufacturing a full line of pre-engineered and customized self-storage systems. Products include single- and multi-story buildings, portable storage, interior partitions and corridor systems, and boat/RV storage.
