Hawaii Self Storage Awards College Scholarships

Hawaii Self Storage of Honolulu, owned by MW Group Ltd., awarded 10 scholarships in amounts up to $4,000 to college students. Every spring, the company awards the scholarships to college-bound seniors from public high schools in the neighborhoods where it has facilities. It continues to provide the scholarships for the duration of the students' education for up to four years if they maintain a B average. Each winner will receive $1,000 per year for a two-year associates degree or four-year bachelors degree.

This years recipients are Shelby Williams, Aiea High School; Long Nguyen and Bao-Yen Nguyen, Farrington High School; Quynh Hoa Tran, Kaimuki High School; Pamela Mizuno, Kapolei High School; Christy Tatsuyama, Mililani High School; Victoria Chen, Moanalua High School; Jessica Fabrigas, Pearl City High School; Marie Fe Bumanglag, Radford High School; and Rachelle Raposas, Waipahu High School.
