Investment Real Estate Brokers Sell Two Self-Storage Facilities

Investment Real Estate LLC brokered the sale of two self-storage facilities. Tablers Station Self Storage in Martinsburg, W.V., was purchased by a regional self-storage owner. John Gilliland and Dan Wolf handled the transaction. In Plattsburgh, N.Y., Easy Self Storage, a 59,820-square-foot facility with an onsite management office was sold along with an Amish wood structure business.
