Kliebenstein Joins OpenTech Alliance Advisory Board

Kliebenstein is the president of Coast-To-Coast Storage, which provides a range of self-storage services including feasibility studies, site selection, financing, management consulting, marketing and technology repositioning of first-generation facilities. He is a well-known industry speaker, author and expert witness with experience in acquiring, developing, managing and financing self-storage properties. 
 
Kliebenstein is also the co-author of How to Invest in Self-Storage, published in 2005, and two newly released books: “How to Make Money in Self-Storage” and “How to Make More Money in Self-Storage.” During his career, he has underwritten more than $3 billion dollars in self-storage transactions.
