Purchase and Sale Agreements Covered in Depth at the ISS Nashville Expo

The Inside Self-Storage Expo in Nashville, Tenn., will include an in-depth seminar on the contract used during site acquisition, intended for new and existing self-storage owners and developers. On Oct. 9, 2008, Scott Frank of Arnstein & Lehr LLP will provide a comprehensive overview of important issues that should be addressed in the purchase and sale agreement when buying, converting or building a self-storage facility. 
 
Frank is a partner in the Arnstein & Lehr real estate practice group in West Palm Beach, Fla. He has represented building owners in all aspects of development and leasing including closing, financing, permitting and construction contracts.
