Florida Self Storage Association and ISS Host Legal Learning Live Seminars

Legal Learning Live seminars with prominent self-storage attorney Jeffrey Greenberger will be conducted at three locations in Florida in July, hosted by the Florida Self Storage Association and sponsored by Inside Self-Storage. The events will teach facility owners, operators and managers about critical legal issues such as lien-sale procedures, unit evictions, tenant bankruptcy, tenant death and more. They will take place: 

• July 22―Omni Hotel, Jacksonville
• July 23―Crowne Plaza, Hollywood Beach
• July 24―Grand Hyatt, Tampa Bay 

The sessions are open to all interested parties and may qualify for continuing-education credits through the Self-Storage Training Institute.
