Extra Space Storage Releases First-Quarter Results, Conference Call Scheduled

Real estate investment trust Extra Space Storage Inc. will release its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2009, on May 4 after the market closes. It will host a conference call at 1 p.m. ET on May 5 to discuss the results. Hosting the call will be Spencer Kirk, president, Kent Christensen, executive vice president and CFO, and Karl Haas, executive vice president and COO.
 
The call will be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed by all interested parties through www.extraspace.com (click on the "investor relations" link at the bottom of the home page). Listeners should visit website at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the call to register as well as to download and install the necessary audio software.
