Stocks Soar Wednesday

Wall Street had a good day Wednesday.

Stocks soared as all three major gauges jumped at least 3 percent after good news from Intel and the Federal Reserve.

Intel forecasted a pick up in the second quarter, and the Federal Reserve revised its economic shrink between 1 and 1.5 percent, from its May prediction of 1.3 and 2 percent. The Feds also said the end of the recession could be on the horizon.

The Dow Jones gained 256 points, the S&P 500 added 27 points, and Nasdaq rose 63 points.

It was the biggest one-day gains for the Dow Jones and S&P in two months.
