Beacon to Address Creative Financing at Inside Self-Storage Reno Expo

Representatives of Beacon Realty Capital will deliver a presentation on newly available conduit and non-conduit loan products at the Inside Self-Storage Summer Expo in Reno-Tahoe, Nev. “Creative Self-Storage Financing: Changing the Way Owners Leverage Their Sites” will take place on Thursday, July 26, 2007, 10 a.m., at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The seminar, led by Neal Gussis, Shawn Hill and Devin Huber, will address financing options available to self-storage owners, including higher leverage loans.
