Vegas Self-Storage Forum Available on Free CD

An audio recording of the February 2007 Self-Storage Forum, a semi-annual program in which industry leaders share insights about market issues, is now available for free on CD. The forum, conducted at the Inside Self-Storage Expo in Las Vegas, was sponsored by Beacon Realty Capital and Storage Investment Advisors (SIA) and hosted by A.G. Edwards & Son Analyst John Sheehan.

Forum’s speakers included Aaron Swerdlin of SIA, Beacon’s Neal Gussis, Ray Wilson of Self Storage Data Services and John Nikolich of Flint Creek Partners. More than 100 self-storage owners and investors attended the presentation and engaged in the interactive discussion, which covered topics such as industry capital flows, valuation methods, institutional ownership trends and third-party management issues.
