By now, most of you have seen the news item posted at the top of the ISS home page regarding the tragic death of Ed Westover on Feb. 16 and the memorial fund that has been set up for his three little girls. Ed was a Western Region sales manager for U.S. Door, and his murder was a shocking blow to his many friends in the industry. I didn't know Ed personally, but reading through the many wonderful comments being posted to his story, it's clear that he was a warm, loyal and smart guy, quick-witted and funny, and extremely well-liked.

The ISS press release, created to announce the memorial fund U.S. Door has established to collect donations on behalf of Brianna (8), Tatum (6) and Alyssa (3), did not rehash the complete story of what occurred. But you can read the article that was published in The White Mountain Independent. I noticed that WMI posted an update regarding Ed's case just this morning.
