The year has started positively for self-storage operators in Alabama, Indiana and New Jersey, with lawmakers in those states passing industry-favorable updates to laws that affect facility operation and lien-sale procedures. This video examines the new laws passed in those states as well as bills under consideration in Louisiana that would require a court action when pursuing a lien settlement.
