Description: Store Enterprise is our next-generation rental-management software, providing users with solutions for their self-storage business, be it large or small. It's robust and feature-rich to provide our largest customers with all the tools they need to manage multi-sites in many locations. Store Advantage is compact, easy to use and designed specifically for customers with one or several sites.
Best software feature: With significantly improved performance and reliability, Store delivers fast and accurate data in real time. The intuitive interface lets operators quickly collect, find and analyze the information they need to better manage their point-of-sale process. New features and capabilities let operators connect with their other sites and third-party providers more effectively, while maintaining data security and auditing capabilities.
Training: We provide training curriculums for an organization and sites to include Web training, onsite training and online tutorials. Web-based training is delivered via the Internet using a Web-browser interface. It can include interactive methods, such as bulletin boards, chat rooms, instant messaging, video conferencing and discussion threads. Onsite training is offered at a user facility. These courses include comprehensive training design and expert instructors who also have experience in the field. The Centershift Education Services website has custom help tutorials for the features and functionality of Store that demand the most attention.
Upgrades: Our applications are automatically upgraded on a monthly basis as new features and capabilities are developed. These upgrades are included as part of the monthly subscription rates and do not require additional fees, unless otherwise stated prior to the upgrade process.
Interesting new feature: The Store Enterprise and Advantage applications will provide electronic signatures for rental leases and documents via the DocuSign eSignature platform. A customer will be able to create leases, addendums and other documents in DocuSign and assign them to their self-storage sites in Store.
Tech support: Our website allows operators to submit questions, issues and suggestions directly to the Centershift Support help desk from the Help tab in Store. They can create an issue, review and follow an outstanding issue, or close an issue that has been resolved to their satisfaction.
We offer two technical-support options: phone-support services, which are available based on an organization's contract, and online-support services, which lets operators submit issues relating to the operation of Store and track the issues they’ve submitted until they’re completely resolved.
