Description: Onsite is designed for managing the rental counter and equipping employees to provide better service. Everything employees need to know about each account is displayed on a single screen. The occupant ledger is instantly understandable, with icons and color coding to help staff see the exact status of any account. Every charge, payment, bad check, notice, etc., is there, including who made each transaction. For more detail, any transaction can be expanded to see the full history.
Onsite handles backup, monthly charges, billing and delinquency actions automatically. Just set it and forget it. Nothing can be overlooked or forgotten. You can even automate rent raises. Onsite continues our famous audit trails, and with cloud computing, data is never lost, even if the computers are stolen.
Insight is our first program designed to manage multiple locations. The program uses a graphic overview to instantly show how each location is doing, how they compare with other sites, what needs attention and what’s being done well. Each site gets a report card based on 10 different performance areas. A red flag means action is needed and yellow means to be watchful. A green check mark is what operators want to achieve.
Insight’s name refers to the immediate insight an operator gains into the workings of each location that would otherwise take hours of report analysis. The operator becomes better informed more quickly so he can better focus his efforts on improving weak areas. For each parameter, there is detailed backup if needed. With better information, operators can improve weak areas, discover (and plug) profit leaks and make wiser decisions. This kind of information makes performance-based incentive programs possible.
With cloud technology, information is stored on secure servers and operators never pay for software updates. Backups are automatic and data is always available.
