Garage Plus of Spanaway, Wash., is one of the first two-story RV-storage projects in which Mako Steel has been involved. To make it notable from a design and construction standpoint, Mako had to engineer the building with a completely new approach. The second-floor units are accessed via a drive-up ramp and offer a balcony overlooking the facility.
