Ranging from 12 by 20 feet to 20 by 50 feet, the units at Garage Plus in Spanaway, Wash., are designed to accommodate a large variety of needs. The doors, supplied by Janus International, are coiling motor-operated. Every unit is wired for cable, and the Internet is individually metered. Each tenant or owner also has the option to add a mezzanine structure, shelving or car lift.
