Wilson Gives the Low-Down on Facility Performance
Charles Ray Wilson, the founder and principal of Self Storage Data Services Inc. and a renowned expert in the field of self-storage facility valuation and operating-performance statistics, shares information with ISS Expo attendees about occpancy rates, rental rates and concessions at self-storage facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Operators in this region found this benchmarking information extremely valuable, as it helped them understand how their operations stack up against others in the area.
This year Wilson joined the Cushman & Wakefield as a strategic partner in its Self Storage Industry Group. Wilson, who’s internationally recognized Self Storage Performance Quarterly Report (SSPQ) tracks the quarterly performance of approximately 6,000 self-storage facilities in the nation’s 50 largest markets, will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield Senior Managing Director Chris Sonne and his team in delivering a fully integrated platform of services.
