As facility operators are always seeking more guidance on these topics, the ISS Management Workshop has become a show favorite.
The workshop taught by Mel Holsinger at the ISS Expo in Tacoma, Wash., walked attendees through a typical day in the life of a self-storage manager. Mel offered valuable insight on day-to-day operational essentials, from phone sales to delinquent tenants to dealing with broken doors. He also used real-life case studies to emphasize key points.
