Inside Self-Storage previewed its new membership program at the ISS Expo, offering three tiers of packaged benefits for facility owners and managers. The packages—Basic, Manager Plus and Owner Advantage—provide deep discounts on popular products and services facility operators need in the course of their day-to-day business, such as marketing services, human resources services, education, insurance and more. The very first person to register for the new program, which officially will launch on April 15, was Dale Jordan, past president of the Missouri Self Storage Owners Association and owner of Dale's Westside Storage in Winfield, Mo. With Dale are his wife, Jenny, and daughter, Janet Richtman. Jenny is the current MSSOA secretary.
