Bomb Squad Called to Melbourne Self-Storage Facility

A suspicious package found at a self-storage facility in Melbourne, Australia, today caused such concern that the facility owners called the police and a nearby school was evacuated. Approximately 350 students from St. Joseph’s College were removed from the premises as a precaution while police investigated the parcel. The bomb squad is investigating whether the device is explosive with the help of a response-team robot. A 100-meter radius around the storage facility has been sealed off by police, and a fire truck is at the scene.
