Self-storage management and development company Fox LLC is building a joint office and self-storage complex in Janesville Township, Wis. A 5,000-square-foot, single-story office building, which will house the headquarters for Fox LLC, will sit alongside four self-storage buildings.

Self-storage management and development company Fox LLC is building a joint office and self-storage complex in Janesville Township, Wis. A 5,000-square-foot, single-story office building, which will house the headquarters for Fox LLC, will sit alongside four self-storage buildings.
The project covers 12 acres, which the company acquired in March, next to U.S. Route 14. Fox LLC is the latest endeavor of Jeff Fox, who was once the president and CEO of LeMans Corp., a Janesville-based distributor of off-road-vehicle equipment. Fox is also building a self-storage facility in Fort Knox, Tenn., though facility management services for all Fox LLC facilities will be based out of the new Janesville office.
Fox has strong ties to the Janesville area and told the source he is using only local contractors on that project.
