A woman was killed at Xenia Self Storage in Xenia, Ohio, last week when she failed to put her SUV in park and was pinned by the vehicle after it began to roll, according to local police. Tammy Erbaugh was pronounced dead at the scene on Jan. 30, according to the source.
Police said the incident, which occurred at 1855 Bellbrook Ave. about 6:30 p.m., appeared to be an accident.
It isn’t clear from the report where Erbaugh was or what she was doing when the vehicle pinned her.
