Situated on 2.6 acres of land, the self-storage facility contains more than 26,000 rentable square feet in 169 drive-up units and 54 temperature-controlled units. Located adjacent to Highway 51, the facility also serves as a U-Haul dealer.

All in One Storage has operated at more 90 percent occupancy for the past three years. Sum Effect Investments intends build an additional climate-controlled 9,000-square-foot building on the property and add new amenities and upgrades, according to a press release.

Over the past several years, the company has transitioned from buying single-family homes and small rental properties to focusing on multi-family properties, offices, small retail centers and self-storage facilities.
