Storage Post Self Storage has added pack-and-ship services at its Jersey City, N.J., facility to meet customer demand for features that help reduce the time they spend running errands, company officials said. Customers and community members can use the service to send packages from the facilitys office.

"We know our customers are busy, and we want to make things as simple as possible for them when they visit our stores, said Pete Gioiello, vice president of operations. Because of that, we work hard to add amenities that deliver real, meaningful improvements to our storage facilities, and that benefit the community and our customers."

As an example, the company also recently added mobile bill-pay services for its New Jersey and New York customers to complement its current online-payment system.

The Jersey City location at 203 Broadway also provides onsite parking, drive-up storage units and customer access seven days per week. In addition, the company offers free WiFi at all of its locations, as well as truck and driver services and 24-hour kiosks.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Storage Post has self-storage facilities along the East Coast and throughout the South, and is actively pursuing acquisitions.
