Star Storage in Cumming, Ga., is inviting its self-storage tenants to sell items during its first community yard sale on Oct. 18. The event, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 2460 Canton Highway, will be hosted by property managers Lisa Anglin and Brittany Brookshire. Refreshments will be included.

Participants can reserve yard-sale space at no cost and keep all proceeds from anything they sell. They must provide their own tables or means of display.

Star Storage is managed by Absolute Storage Management (ASM), a self-storage management company founded in 2002. Headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., ASM has regional offices in Atlanta; Charlotte, N.C.; and Jackson, Miss.
