Metro Storage to Break Ground on Buffalo Grove, IL, Self-Storage Facility

Metro Storage LLC, which operates more than 120 self-storage properties in 12 states, will soon break ground on a three-story facility in Buffalo Grove, Ill. The 4.5-acre property at 847 Deerfield Parkway will comprise 116,412 square feet of storage space in 850 climate-controlled units. The second and third floors will be accessed by three elevators adjacent to loading areas in the interior bays on the west side of the building, according to the source.

The property will also contain loading doors on the north and south sides of the building. The front office will be on the southeast corner of the facility, adjacent to its entrance. Security features will include personalized key-code entry and video cameras.
