Ashmont Self Storage Opens in Massachusetts

A new self-storage facility in Stoughton, Mass., opened last week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Business owners and town officials joined owner David Rudnick in the opening of Ashmont Self Storage, 1204 Washington St.

The facility has 148 climate-controlled units and 24-hour video surveillance. The building also has an alarm and sprinkler system. Ashmont Self Storage offers discounted rates to seniors, students and military personnel.

Town Manager Francis T. Crimmins Jr. and Selectmen John Stagnone, John Anderson and John Anzivino attended the ribbon cutting, which was sponsored by the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce.
