Kenmore Self Storage in Kenmore, Wash., will host its sixth annual fall festival on Oct. 24. Open to the public, the event at 18716 68th Ave. N.E. will be from 5 to 8 p.m. and include self-guided tours of the facility’s “haunted halls” as well as fortune-telling and trick-or-treating. Visitors can also view artwork from Emerald Moon and drink beer provided by Witch’s Brew.
Although the event is free to the community, the facility operator is accepting donations of canned food to benefit Hopelink, a nonprofit agency that provides food, housing and other services to residents in King County, Wash. Donations of canned or bagged cat or dog food will also be accepted for Pasado’s Safehaven, an animal-protection organization and sanctuary.
Kenmore Self Storage is owned by Urban Self Storage Inc. Founded in 1987 with a single location, Urban now has more than 60 facilities in Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington.
