In past years, Cascade hosted separate food and toy drives. This year’s campaigns have been combined, according to the company’s newsletter.

The operator will also host a customer-appreciation holiday party on Dec. 2. The event, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will include food and thank-you gifts for attendees, who can also sign up for a drawing to win prizes.

Cascade is managed by HCA Management, a family-owned company that owns and operates manufactured-housing communities and self-storage facilities. Founded in 1964, HCA participates in a number of charitable and community events through the properties it manages, including food and toy drives as well as local sports sponsorships, according to its website.
