Stor edge self storage, a provider of storage services in West Canada, announced it will become part of InStorage Real Estate Investment Trust, the only Canadian REIT focused exclusively on ownership and management of self-storage facilities. The transaction is expected to close on Feb. 15, subject to normal closing conditions.
 
InStorage is one of Canada's largest self-storage owners, with 24 properties owned or managed in Alberta and Ontario. The addition of Stor edge's 10 sites will solidify its position as the second largest self-storage company in the nation.
