A&A Mini Storage & Wine Cellar in British Columbia, Canada, Changes Hands

A&A Mini Storage & Wine Cellar, a self-storage facility in Summerland, British Columbia, Canada, has been sold to Garna and Dale Mager. The sellers were Cy and Lorraine Taylor, who owned and operated the business for more than 24 years, according to the source.

Opened in 1993, the property at 9400 Cedar Ave. offers standalone drive-up units, interior units in a variety of sizes and pallet storage. The site also provides records-storage units outfitted with shelving, and sells moving and packing supplies.

The wine cellar was added in 2002 as the wine industry became more important in the Okanagan Valley, according to the company website. Designed by Dennis Skrepnyk with Wine Cellars by Design, the area features 58 temperature-controlled units, mahogany walls and ceiling, cedar slats, and a cork floor. Each locker can store up to four dozen bottles. The cellar is monitored by cameras and motion-sensors, the website states.
