LifeStorage of Addison Wins Local Best of Award in the Self-Storage Category

LifeStorage of Addison, Ill., part of a growing self-storage chain in the ChicagoLand area, was named a 2013 Best of Addison winner in the self-storage category by the Addison Award Program. The annual award honors the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the city. Winners are determined based on information gathered internally by the program and data provided by third parties.

The Addison Award Program was established to recognize the best community businesses. The organization works exclusively with local business owners, trade groups, professional associations and other advertising and marketing groups with a mission to recognize the small-business communitys contributions to the U.S. economy.

Most recently, LifeStorage of Addison hosted a Spring Into Life Fair. The April 20 event featured a variety of free activities for community members including a garage sale, a food drive, a blood drive, free wellness screenings and diagnostic testing, and more.

Founded in 2002 by owners Jean Jodoin and Christopher Barry, LifeStorage has 25 locations in Chicago and its suburbs.
