In a continuing effort to offer insurance policies for the ever-changing needs of self-storage operations, Deans & Homer has discontinued its pay-with-rent insurance program to provide additional support to its storage operator’s legal-liability program. In addition, the company has designed an extremely simple website application for customers to purchase pre-approved insurance for stored property. This broad protection for short-term policies is available for low rates with limits as high as $50,000.
