Expanding Healthcare May Be Part of Stimulus Package

Obama and Democratic leaders in Congress are devising plans to significantly expand the health provisions in next month's economic recovery legislation. Adding billions to health programs is expected to boost the economy and also act as a down payment on promises for broader health care reform.
