Saver Self Storage LLC has purchased AAA Mini Storage LLC in North Little Rock, Ark., for $970,000. The nearly 3-acre property at 3400 Industrial Center Drive was developed in 1988. It offers 326 units and some vehicle parking.
Daniel Kimball and Matt Smoot, owners of North Salt Lake, Utah-based Saver Self Storage, assumed the property’s $1.1 million mortgage in February. Funded by PNC Bank of Pittsburgh, the original loan was issued to AAA Mini in 2007 and amended in 2009, according to the source.
AAA owner Joe Clay purchased the property in 2005 for $1.4 million, the source reported.
Kimball and Smoot are also listed as managers of All Safe Storage Holdings LLC on Corporationwiki.com.
