Public Storage, the world's largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities, has chosen Budget Truck Rental LLC as its exclusive third-party provider of rental trucks. Approximately 200 Public Storage locations nationwide will offer Budget trucks on site, providing a range of transportation options to storage customers. The new alliance will also include cross-promotional efforts by both companies, including co-branding of websites and Yellow Pages advertising.

"Our new alliance with Budget Truck Rental reflects the growth potential of one-way truck rental as a significant channel for customer acquisition and greater brand awareness," said Ronald L. Havner Jr., chief executive officer and president of Public Storage.
