Two Alpha Management LLC, a Texas-based self-storage management company, opened Blue Llama Storage in San Antonio on Sept. 12 and hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 4. The self-storage facility at 3627 E. Evans Road is the companys first in the city and fifth in the state of Texas. It will serve the communities of Bulverde and Timberwood Park as well as surrounding neighborhoods in North-Central San Antonio.

The newly constructed facility features two three-story buildings comprising 90,000 square feet, with nearly 700 interior and drive-up climate-controlled units. The property also offers video surveillance, Wi-Fi, a retail center and 24-hour controlled access.

Two Alpha Management already operates four Blue Llama Storage facilities in Texas, one each in Austin, Boerne, Buda and Spring Branch. Formed in 2001 and headquartered in Spring Branch, the company  is privately owned and specializes in the acquisition and management of self-storage facilities in Texas. It is currently looking to acquire single facilities, multi-store portfolios and projects in development, or manage existing operations.
